Ruscona loyalty program

1. Participation in the loyalty program
Participation in our loyalty program is free and occurs automatically when you register a customer account in our online shop. Guests without a registered customer account cannot collect points.

2. Collect points

Points can be collected through various actions. The points will be credited to the respective customer account:

  • Purchases:For every full Swiss franc (1 CHF) of the pure value of the goods, you receive 1 point. The points will only be credited after the order has been paid for in full. Shipping costs and other fees are excluded from collecting points.
  • Account creation:When you register a customer account for the first time, you will receive a one-time 50 points as a welcome bonus.
  • Newsletter registration:If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be credited with 20 points once.
  • Product reviews:You will receive 20 points once for leaving a review of one of our products.
  • Social Media:If you follow us on our social media channels, you will receive 20 points for Facebook, 20 points for Instagram and 20 points for TikTok.

3. Redeem points (rewards)
Collected points can be redeemed as a fixed discount amount on future orders.

  • The redemption value is firmly defined:100 points correspond to a 3 CHF discount.
  • The points are deducted from the regular purchase price in the shopping cart or checkout process.

4. Limitations and Validity

  • Cannot be cumulated:Discounts generated with loyalty points cannotcan be combined with other discount codes, vouchers or special promotions. Only one type of discount can be applied per order.
  • No cash payment:A cash payment of loyalty points or the discount value is strictly excluded. Points are not transferable to other customer accounts.
  • Returns and cancellations:If items are returned or canceled, the points collected for this purchase will be deducted from the customer account.

5. Changes and Termination of the Program
We reserve the right to change or adapt the loyalty program, the conditions for collecting and redeeming points and the rewards at any time or to terminate the program without notice.
