General Terms and Conditions RUSCONA and YVETTE NAILS (hereinafter referred to as AB/AN)
General
The following terms and conditions are part of the contracts concluded between AB/AN and its customers.
By placing the order, the buyer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.
The General Terms and Conditions also apply to all subsequent transactions, without this having to be expressly mentioned or agreed upon again when they are concluded.
All offers are subject to change. Incorrect information and printing errors reserved.
Prices & VAT:
Our prices are in Swiss francs and do not include Packaging/shipping costs and including VAT of 8.1% are charged.
Our prices can be changed at any time without notice.
Payment terms:
The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. The customer can pay the purchase price via direct bank transfer.
Delivery times & Delivery costs:
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Standard delivery time 3 – 4 working days: (if order is received by 12:00 p.m.)
Shipping after receipt of payment (direct bank transfer) or cash on delivery.
We ship with Swiss Post.
A standard A-Post rate of CHF 9.90 will be charged if the purchase price is less than CHF 200.
Free shipping is offered if the purchase price is more than CHF 200.
Liability: No liability is assumed for the loss or theft of items brought in.
Important note regarding transport damage:
Please check the shipment for any external damage to the packaging (tears, holes, compression) before you acknowledge receipt, as the transport companies often dispute claims for hidden damage that only become visible after the goods have been unpacked.
If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please note this along with your signature on the electronic signature scanner. (e.g. “torn” or “severely compressed”)
Subject to change
The descriptions and/or images of the goods merely represent a non-binding product description and not a guarantee of properties. The AB/AN assumes no liability for possible customary and reasonable deviations of the goods from the catalog/online shop.
Right of withdrawal
The AB/AN has the right to withdraw from the contract if the manufacturer of the ordered goods has stopped production or there are cases of force majeure, provided that these circumstances only occurred after the contract was concluded. The customer must be notified of this immediately.
Return policy
Ordered and properly delivered goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
If the goods are returned incomplete, not in the original packaging, in defective and salable original packaging or damaged, the seller is entitled to demand compensation from the buyer for 50% of the purchase price for the reduction in value. The right of return does not extend to damage for which the customer is responsible.
Data protection
The data necessary for business processing is stored and used as part of order processing. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The personal details of an order are transmitted using SSL encryption.
