Delivery times & Delivery costs:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Standard delivery time 3 – 4 working days: (if order is received by 12:00 p.m.)
Shipping after receipt of payment (direct bank transfer) or cash on delivery.

We ship with Swiss Post.
A standard A-Post rate of CHF 9.90 will be charged if the purchase price is less than CHF 200.

Free shipping is offered if the purchase price is more than CHF 200.

Liability: No liability is assumed for the loss or theft of items brought in.

Important note regarding transport damage:

Please check the shipment for any external damage to the packaging (tears, holes, compression) before you acknowledge receipt, as the transport companies often dispute claims for hidden damage that only become visible after the goods have been unpacked.

If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please note this along with your signature on the electronic signature scanner. (e.g. “torn” or “severely compressed”)
