Important note regarding transport damage:
Please check the shipment for any external damage to the packaging (tears, holes, compression) before you acknowledge receipt, as the transport companies often dispute claims for hidden damage that only become visible after the goods have been unpacked.
If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please note this along with your signature on the electronic signature scanner. (e.g. “torn” or “severely compressed”)

- Brushes are glued with a special adhesive so that they are not damaged during transport.
- You must thoroughly clean the glue from a brush before using it for the first time. Thoroughly clean the brush from the glue.
- Remove any glue residue, bristle by bristle, with an orange wood stick so that no glue remains anywhere.
- Before first use, all adhesive residue must be removed from brushes!!!
- We wipe the cleaned brush with moistened pulp (cleaner). IN ONE TRAIN and only once.
- We dip the brush in any base gel or gloss and work it into the brush on a clean surface.
- Then we wipe it with dry pulp in one go.
